International Sales Manager Recruitment  (BGI Tech) 

 
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing effective sales plans, achieving regional sales targets through budget      resources, and formulating key customer sales strategies.
2. Master company's products and services. Keep abreast of technological development, market competition, policies         and regulations, etc. Use resources and conduct research to determine the sales models and strategies of different          market sectors.
3. Regularly conduct regional business analysis and report the results to the regional manager. Evaluate budget                     implementation, product performance, and operational efficiency in the area, and report results/recommendations to       the leadership team.
4. Look for important business opportunities in research, clinical and pharmaceutical fields. Develop and maintain                 relationships with key opinion leaders. Use customer resources to expand BGI's genetic influence and ensure key             business opportunities.
5. Cooperate with the account manager and project management to ensure the smooth implementation of the project         and actively collect the project funds.
6. Participate in national and regional conferences, trade shows and company meetings.
 
Job requirements:
- Good command of local languages and the ability to speak Mandarin
- Willing to travel on business
- Master degree or above in biology or medicine
- 2 years+ sales experience in customer management experience in the biotechnology industry is preferred
- Experience in sales of NGS sequencing or library construction kits for scientific research customers is preferred 
- In-depth understanding of the sequencing market and customer needs
- Excellent communication, analysis and organization skills
 
 
Work location: UK, France, Italy/Poland, and Spain
